“Co-existential Non-crisis” speaks about the acceptance of all the versions of myself that live within. This piece reflects the calm that comes when we stop fighting for one identity to win, and instead allow them all to simply be. This piece embraces the idea that it's okay for different versions of you to take the lead at different times. It’s self-care. It’s giving one version a break while another carries the weight. We are not one fixed identity, but a dynamic collection of selves, learning how to take turns, how to rest, and how to support each other—internally.
